It is ironic but important that I am writing this review after Zain did absolutely nothing to my iPad. When I brought it in, my husband, Zain, and I were all convinced there was a crack in the screen. When I came to pick it up, Zain told me the charge was $0, because there wasn't actually a crack -- just some kind of liquid mark that looked exactly like a crack. I can't give you a better example of business integrity. I walked out of there with a big smile on my face and a full wallet. I'll be back the next time my cat sends a device flying and actually manages to break the screen. In the meantime, I hope this review convinces others to give him some business.

Excellent customer service and phone repair. Zain was very professional, knowledgeable and upfront about the timeline and cost of repairs. My phone is old and had a few issues that needed fixing, it was great to get it repaired so I didn’t need to replace my phone unexpectedly!
